Dearest Reader,
How's your day going today? How are you feeling in this moment? It's self check-in time! How are your body and mind feeling? Anything screaming for attention?
Wellness—it’s a word that’s become almost as ubiquitous as our morning coffee. Although, for me, I should say your coffee because I’m not actually a coffee drinker. I’m a morning lemon water gal, followed later by a green smoothie! But wellness, like our daily rituals, runs far deeper than what’s trending. Today, wellness often brings up images of physical health, mental peace, and self-care routines. But it’s so much more. True wellness embraces a holistic approach, meaning it considers the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and touches on every part of our lives: emotional, social, spiritual, and even financial health. This more expansive view of wellness isn’t about achieving a perfect state but about finding balance and harmony in all areas, helping us feel genuinely fulfilled and at peace, even amid life’s natural chaos.
On that note, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in my programs as soon as they quietly went live on Monday. It was both a fun surprise and a reassuring realization to see the automations I’d set up working beautifully, with each email bringing news of a new member or a subscriber to my podcast transcripts. Knowing these resources resonate with you means everything to me.
If you’re curious about exploring some of these offerings, you can take a peek here: wellnessineveryseason.com. You’ll find my latest programs, including those recently featured in newsletter bundles, plus some new ones on the way, as well as three private groups free from social media algorithms! One is a business collab group, another is a wellness group and the last one is form my Dream Job Mom program. Dream Job needed to be seperate for those who need extra eyes, including mine on their resume or business plan.
One new release has been slightly delayed due to school breaks and post-accident appointments, but I’m optimistic it’ll be live within the next two weeks. I can’t wait to share it with you.
