Dearest Reader,
How's your day going today? How are you feeling in this moment? It's self check-in time! How are your body and mind feeling? Anything screaming for attention?
If you’re like many of the parents and caregivers I’ve worked with, you might find yourself constantly juggling an ever-growing task list while trying to keep your household running smoothly. I know the mental load can feel insurmountable. That’s why I want to introduce you to a system that has truly changed the game for my family—Fair Play.
I absolutely love Fair Play and its accompanying cards (you can see them here). They’ve been a tremendous help in creating structure and balance in our home. However, I’ve noticed some limitations that make it challenging for others to implement.
The book, while insightful, is largely geared toward women, leaving the burden on the maternal caregiver to read, interpret, and convince their partner to participate. It’s an additional layer of responsibility that just doesn’t work if:
• You don’t have time to read.
• You’re single and managing everything on your own.
• Your partner is hesitant or unwilling to engage.
• You want the whole family, including your kids, to participate in a meaningful way.
These gaps are why I’m creating a Fair Play for the Whole Family program, an easy-to-understand, adaptable system tailored to meet your unique needs. The goal? To eliminate overwhelm, reduce your never-ending task list, and empower your family to become independent, contributing members of both your household and society.
But I need your help to ensure this program is exactly what you need. Could you take a moment to share your thoughts?
