Dearest Reader,
How's your day going today? How are you feeling in this moment? It's self check-in time! How are your body and mind feeling? Anything screaming for attention?
Last week I shared something really special with you: a moment of celebration. Wellness in Every Season hit 129 downloads in a single week—a new record. That milestone means so much to me, not because of the number, but because of what it represents: you’re here. You’re listening. You’re growing with me. You’re inviting others into this space.
I’ve been reflecting on what comes next.
The truth is, I’m no longer chasing down guests—experts are finding me. And while that’s an incredible feeling, it also comes with a sense of responsibility. Because this podcast isn’t just mine. It’s ours.
And if it’s ours, then I want to make sure the guests I invite are speaking directly to what you’re going through, what you’re curious about, what you quietly hope someone will say out loud.
So here it is. After sitting with it for a while, I finally know the question I want to ask you:
What’s something you’ve been struggling with or deeply curious about on your wellness journey—and would love to hear an expert speak to with real honesty and care?
Maybe it’s something you’ve Googled a dozen times but still don’t fully understand.
Maybe it’s a topic that feels too tender to bring up with others.
Maybe it’s something you know you’re ready to heal or explore, but you’re not sure where to start.
Whatever it is, I want to hear it. I want to create episodes that make you feel seen, heard, supported—and not alone.
All you have to do is hit reply and tell me what’s been tugging at your heart. You can name the topic, ask a direct question, or just share a part of your journey that’s felt heavy.
Your voice will help guide who I invite to the mic next—and the questions I ask on your behalf.
Let’s build this next chapter of the podcast together.
You’ve given so much to this space already, just by being here. And I can’t wait to keep growing with you.
With all my gratitude,
Autumn
